Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) you purchased. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on my part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account first. If the refund is not posted, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
